Is there a sign-up fee or minimum order?
No sign-up fee and no minimum order. The only requirement is a valid ABN and active business.
How do I use my TrueTrade# to get a quote?
On any product page, use the "Request a Quote" field and include your TrueTrade# in the message. We'll reply with your trade pricing applied.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are reviewed based on your annual spend with True Gear. We'll notify you when your account moves up - you don't need to do anything.
Can I request payment terms?
Silver and Gold members can request payment terms as part of a quote. Availability is subject to account history and order size.
What if I need something you don't stock?
Talk to us. We source gear from a range of suppliers and can often accommodate custom or bulk orders. Include it in your quote request and we'll look into it.
