Refund policy

While our dedication to the quality of our products remains unwavering, we understand that circumstances may lead you to reassess your purchase or realize that the item may not fully meet your expectations.

Hence, we are pleased to offer a 90 Day Return Policy, which grants you the flexibility and peace of mind. Should you decide to return an item within 90 days of receiving your order for any reason, kindly reach out to us at support@compactco.com.au with your order number. Our team will provide you with comprehensive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Once your return item(s) reach our specified location and undergo inspection, you will receive an email notification regarding the processing of your return payment. As part of your return payment we will issue additional funds to cover the delivery fee up to $200.

Please keep in mind that in order for the item(s) to be eligible for a refund, they must return to our distribution center in 'Like New' condition, accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. This means that the items should not exhibit any visual signs of wear, as items returned with such indications or issues due to use will regrettably not be accepted, and hence no refund will be extended.

Items designated as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for return. Moreover, purchases intended for singular or temporary use, such as those for trade shows, conferences, or promotional use, are not eligible for return. In the case of damages, it's essential to promptly report any issues upon receiving the product and provide photos to support@compactco.com.au the day of delivery.

Damages

In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, Compact Co. will bear the shipping costs. Retaining the original packaging for any returnable items is crucial. Prior authorization from our customer service department is necessary for all returns.

Warranty

Additional warranty's included are the manufacturer warranties. They will handle all warranty claims and use their own policy and discretion to do so. Please get in touch with our team to help you if this is the case.

At Compact Co., we are committed to ensuring that you receive the product you ordered promptly and in pristine condition. Items that sustain damage subsequent to use are non-refundable, except for cases adequately covered under warranty.
