They quickly responded and were very helpful in exchanging a minor issue with accidentally sending out a solar panel that was the next model up from what I ordered (which they also offered me to keep, being a more expensive and higher quality panel). They instantly reimbursed return costs and sent out the 200w model I originally ordered. Product is very high quality!
