Why the mesh base changes everything
A solid inflatable float sits on top of the water and bakes you in the sun. This one has a mesh trampoline base, so the water comes up through it and you're sitting in it while you're supported by it. On a still 35 degree day that's the difference between a float you stay on and one you slide off every ten minutes. It also means it drains rather than holding a warm puddle.
Sixty seconds and it's on the water
The foot pump comes in the box, and there's nothing to assemble. You unroll it, pump it, and throw it over the side.
