This is the newest generation of Dometic absorption fridge, and the doors are the giveaway.
They are double hinged. Each one opens to the left or the right without you touching a hinge, which means the fridge suits your van layout instead of the other way round. There is a two-point lock on either side so nothing swings open on a dirt road.
173 litres across two doors in a standard-depth cabinet, 526mm wide and 1246mm tall at 52.5kg. It picks its own energy source between 12V, 240V and gas.
The bit you notice in person is the handle. It is a single aluminium strip running the full height of the fridge, so you can grab it anywhere. The controls are LED soft-touch, recessed into the door.

How a three-way absorption fridge works
There is no compressor in this fridge. A heat source boils an ammonia and water mix, and that vapour moves around a sealed circuit to pull heat out of the cabinet. The heat comes from a gas burner, a 240V element or a 12V element. Nothing moves, so nothing rattles and nothing wears out. That is why these fridges run silently, and why owners hang on to them for so long.
What Dual Hinge means on the RMD10.5XS
Dometic builds both doors so they open to the left and to the right without changing the hinge over. If your van has the fridge on the wrong side for the walkway, you are not stuck with it, and you are not paying someone to swap hardware. There is a two-point locking mechanism on either side, so whichever way you set it the door holds shut when you are on corrugations.
