At 502 x 187 x 242mm, your Core 200Ah sits close to the footprint of most standard 200Ah batteries, so it's usually a straightforward swap into your existing box or tray built for lead-acid or AGM. Check the internal dimensions of your box before you order, with a little clearance for the terminals and the rope handles. At 20.2kg it needs a proper tray or strapping once it's in, the same as any battery this size you own. If your box was sized for a bulkier 200Ah AGM, you'll likely find the Core 200Ah has room to spare.
Renogy Core 200Ah Bluetooth monitoring, what it actually does
The Bluetooth on your Core 200Ah is for monitoring, not control. Pair it with the free Renogy app and you get live state of charge, voltage, current and charge history on your phone, without lifting a lid or squinting at a shunt. It doesn't replace your charge controller or DC-DC charger. Those still do the actual charging; the app just tells you how it's going. If you never open the app, your battery works exactly the same. It's a genuinely useful extra on your setup, not something you're paying for and not using.
Sizing solar for the Core 200Ah
Work it out from the charge current, not a guess. Your Core 200Ah accepts up to 200A of charge current, but realistically your solar input will sit well under that.
