What 3,200Wh actually runs
Take a 60W camp fridge. On a full charge you're looking at roughly two days of it running flat out, and in practice more, because a fridge cycles rather than runs constantly. Add your lights, phones and a laptop and you'll still get through a long weekend without a panel out. Where it changes is appliances with heat in them: a 2,000W kettle pulls hard, and at 1,800W rated output you'll want to check it before you rely on it. Boiling water, running a toaster and charging tools all day is where you'd want solar topping it up.
Charging it properly
Off the wall alone it takes about 2 hours to reach 80% on 1,440W of AC input. Add solar into the mix and that drops to roughly 1.4 hours. On solar by itself, with the full 1,000W of panels connected, you'll get a complete charge in about 5 hours of good sun. The practical takeaway is that you don't need to plan around charging. Put it on the mains while you're packing the car and it's ready before you are.
Why the UPS matters more than you'd think
A 10ms switchover is quick enough that your gear never registers the gap.
