The Santorini's canopy is the best part of that tent. It's also the most open part. That's fine right up until the wind swings around mid-afternoon.
This kit closes two sides of it. You get two panels in the same Weathershield TC fabric as the tent itself, and they attach straight onto the Santorini FTK.
Each panel runs 1950mm wide and 1650mm tall. The whole kit weighs 3.58kg with the pegs and the bag.
What you end up with is a room instead of an open shelter. Your table stays dry. Nobody's getting blown about at breakfast.

What the Santorini sidewall kit fits
The kit is made for the Santorini FTK. Dometic doesn't list it against any other tent, and the cut follows the FTK frame. If you own a Reunion FTG or an older Dometic tent, this isn't the one. Check your model before you order, or give us a ring and we'll check it with you.
Fitting the sidewalls to your Santorini
Both panels attach to the tent, then you peg the bottom edge with the six pegs supplied. There's no lacing and no extra poles. Do it before the wind gets up, not after. Taking them off again is a quick job, so you can open the canopy back up on a still evening.
