Installation is straightforward if you're handy with a vehicle's 12V or 24V electrical system. You connect the charger directly to your alternator or battery terminals using the supplied cables, then run a lead to your EcoFlow power station. It works with most SUVs, 4WDs, utes, and RVs with 12V or 24V systems. We'd recommend having an auto electrician fit it if you're not confident with vehicle wiring.

The 500W model suits most 4WDs, utes, and RVs running a standard 12V or 24V alternator. It'll recharge a 1kWh battery in about 2.1 hours while you're driving, which is plenty for a weekend away. The 800W model pushes harder and charges faster, but needs a beefier alternator to handle the extra load without straining your vehicle's electrical system. For most blokes running a DELTA or RIVER series, the 500W is the sweet spot - capable without the added complexity.

The charger uses XT60 connectors to link up with compatible EcoFlow DELTA and RIVER series power stations. It also comes with cables to connect to your vehicle's battery or alternator terminals.
