The BlueCell 200 is the same slab as the FridgePower, minus the inverter. Same 580 x 350 x 78mm footprint, same white finish, 17.3kg instead of 19.7kg. Stand it beside your FridgePower and you'd struggle to pick which is which.
Adding one is a two-minute job. Click the Anderson plug across, connect the communication cable, and the pack wakes up on its own. There's nothing to configure in the app.
What you're buying is time. One pack takes your fridge from about a day and a half of cover to about three days. Three packs take you to 8,064Wh.
Worth knowing before you order: the packs only chain in one direction, so plan which side of the FridgePower they'll sit on. And it's a BlueCell 200 only if you own a FridgePower, since it won't run anything by itself.

How many BlueCell 200 packs do you need?
Work backwards from how long you want your fridge covered. A typical Australian fridge freezer averages 40W to 80W across a day, so 2,016Wh gets you roughly a day and a half.
One pack takes that to about three days, two gets you close to four, and three fills the system to 8,064Wh. Most households stop at one. If you're somewhere that loses power for days at a time, or you're running a second freezer as well, that's when the second pack earns its keep.
Can you use the BlueCell 200 on its own?
No. The BlueCell 200 has no inverter and no AC outlets, so it can't run an appliance by itself. It's a battery pack that feeds a FridgePower through the Anderson port.
If you want a standalone unit you can plug things into, you want the FridgePower itself, or one of the portable power stations. The USB-C port on the pack will charge a phone, but that's as far as it goes on its own.
