One thing to plan for: the outlets are two 15A sockets. Ten kVA is a lot of power, but you can only take 15 amps through each socket, so if you want to use all of it you need a sparky and a proper connection, not extension leads.

What the AVR actually does for you
AVR holds the output voltage where it should be as the load changes. Without it, every time a welder strikes or a big motor starts, the voltage dips and then overshoots. Your grinder and your lights won't care. Battery chargers, control gear and anything with a circuit board in it care more, over the years. What AVR is not is the pure sine wave you get from an inverter generator: the waveform is still a conventional alternator's. For welders, compressors, site gear and farm backup it's exactly right. For genuinely sensitive electronics, an inverter generator is still the better tool.
Two 15A outlets on a 10kVA machine
This catches people out, so it's worth saying plainly. Ten kVA is around 43 amps at 230 volts, but the sockets on the frame are two 15A outlets, which is 30 amps between them. To use the full output you need it wired properly rather than run through leads. If you're backing up a house, a shed or a workshop, that means a licensed electrician and a changeover switch. If you're running two tools off leads on a site, the sockets are all you'll ever touch.
Why the 34 litre tank matters more than it sounds
At 5.53 litres an hour under 80% load, 34 litres gives you 6.15 hours. That's a full day's work without stopping to refuel, and it's the practical difference between this and the smaller units in the range, which have you carrying a jerry can. If your generator sits on one site and runs all day, the tank is worth as much to you as the engine.
Is 10kVA with AVR the right size for you?
There are two honest alternatives either side of it. The 8kVA EP8000HCRA has the same AVR for a good deal less if your loads are smaller. The 11kVA EP11000HSRE gives you more power for less money, but no AVR, so it suits steady loads rather than swinging ones. Pick on the AVR first and the kVA second.
Moving 113 kilos
Nobody carries this one. The lifting bar is built into the frame so a forklift or a crane has a proper point to take, and the rubber feet mean it doesn't walk across a tray.
