Most Gentech generators run a small tank, and on a long job that means stopping to refuel while you're still working. Twenty-five litres fixes that. Same generator, same footprint, a lot more running time.
The important bit is that it's factory fitted. You order it with the generator and it comes built in, sitting inside the frame rather than bolted on the outside. That keeps the balance right and the centre lifting point where it should be.
There are two versions and they aren't interchangeable. The 25mm frame tank suits 5.9kVA and larger models. The 32mm frame tank suits the 8kVA RCD and R/S units only. Pick yours from the Frame option above, and if your model isn't obvious from the list, ring us and we'll match it.

Work out which version you need first
There are two part numbers and they suit different frames. The 25mm frame tank covers 5.9kVA and larger models, but not the 8kVA RCD and R/S units, welders, workstations or diesels. The 32mm frame tank is for the 8kVA RCD and R/S units only. Choose yours from the Frame option above, and since it's factory fitted, get it right at order time rather than afterwards. If your generator isn't in the list, ring the store on 03 7056 6732 with the model number and we'll confirm which one goes on it.
Why an in-frame tank beats a jerry can
A jerry can means stopping, shutting down, waiting for the engine to cool and pouring fuel, several times a shift on a busy job. Twenty-five litres built into the frame means you fill it once and keep working. It also stays inside the roll cage, so it's protected the same way the rest of the generator is, and the centre lifting point still sits where the crane hook expects it.
Order it with the generator, not after
This is fitted at the factory when the generator is built, which is what makes the fit and finish right. It isn't a bolt-on you add later.
