Bartlett Inflatable Pontoon FAQ's

How easily does it pack away?

The bags are made to be 30% bigger so there's plenty of room for extra gear, pumps, ropes etc.

Do the pontoons come with poles?

The poles you can see in some of the photos (i.e. Y Pontoon) are DIY. To make them go to a hardware store and buy a 3m star picket with a 50mm PVC pipe glued around the top (to protect the pontoon sliding up and down). Easy.

How long does it take to inflate and deflate?

Our largest pontoon is the 8.5m x 4m U-Shaped Pontoon which by hand would take approx 97 minutes, so you would tend to use a electric pump (about 19min). Our smallest pontoon would take about 20 minutes by hand or 4min by electric pump.

Can you tie them to the boat or other pontoons?

Yes, there are multiple strategically placed D-Rings around each pontoon.

How durable are the pontoons?

High grade, pressure-resistant Drop-Stitch Fabric make them strong rigid and super stable.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on location, usually between 3-10 days with a 1-3 business day dispatch.

Do the pontoons come with warranty?

No they don't. Whilst they are durable their still an inflatable and will come with a repair kit in case of accidental puncture with patches, glue and valve tightening tool.
